Conference Format

All the attendees will be invited to deliver an oral presentation of their research, with access to the conference talks and social events, including welcome reception, banquet, coffee breaks, and lunches (during the main conference on the 18th and 19th August 2025).

Thank you for your submission. We will send you a formal invitation letter in 5 working days for your visa application (if needed). To complete your registration, please go to step 2 to pay your registration fee according to your status, and submit your abstract using the template that we provided. We look forward to meeting you in London.

Please note: This information will be used for issuing the invitation letter for your visa application and reimbursement from your institute if applicable.

Please note:

Only the registration fee paid before 30 April 2025 is considered as the Early Bird registration. When you complete your payment of registration fee, please send the proof of your payment to the email wetting.zerocarbon@yahoo.com using the email address that you filled in Step 1 – this is to help us identify your payment.

We will send you a formal invitation letter to your email after you complete your registration. If you do not receive the invitation letter, please check your junk/spam box of your email. If you still do not find the invitation letter from us, please contact wetting.zerocarbon@yahoo.com directly.
